To All Scouts, Leaders and Parents!
Cubmaster Kastner needs your help!

In a continuing effort to get all of you more involved in our Pack Meetings I have made a Spirit Stick!
Now, you may ask what is a Spirit Stick? Good question!
Our Spirit Stick represents the Methods of Scouting.
Simply put, it’s what we do to have fun! I would like all of you to share what you are doing in your individual Dens with everyone in our Pack.
So, at the start of each meeting I will ask if anyone would like to embellish our Spirit Stick. At this time, leaders, parents and cubs are invited to come forward and present a small token to be placed on the Spirit Stick. These tokens could represent a special or memorable event for your Den. Of course, a very brief explanation is required.
My goal is to get everyone involved! Let’s learn from one another, let’s share ideas, let’s have our boys learn to speak in front of their peers, let’s have fun!
So beginning in September, if you would like to embellish our Sprit Stick with a token from a summer outing, please come prepared to do so.
(Examples of embellishments: feathers, acorns, beads, bear claws, small crafts, wood cut outs, ribbons, braided rope, photos, small drawings etc., etc., etc. Please attach a piece of string to your token so it can be easily attached.)
Thank You! See you at the Pack Meeting!
